MBFWA – Day 3,4 and 5

MBFWA this year was bigger and better than ever in my opinion. I have been attending fashion week long before I became a blogger thanks to my connections in the hair and beauty world and trust me you cannot compare the scale of the event a few years ago to what it is now. It is very exciting to see Australian fashion industry on the rise and be amongst it. As I said in the previous post there were 45 runway shows and 69 designers showcasing this year and not just local fashion labels but a few from Asia and South Pacific.

A big focus this year were Resort collections with a lot of international buyers  scouting for new and fresh brands. As you know I love and support Australian fashion and can’t help but feel proud that it is getting more and more recognition overseas.

The finale was epic with the power house Oscar de la Renta closing MBFWA 2016. Amazing show!

As for my choice of outfits yet again I wore what fitted and looked more or less flattering on my current body shape. And yes I was that heavily pregnant person running from show to show. No rest for the wicked.
