Joolz Turns 10!

Joolz turned 10 (!) and to celebrate they hosted a VIP Pram Pilates class with Kirsten King from Fluidform Pilates  where mums and mums to be were shown short yet effective pilates work out that can be done anywhere. Incorporating Joolz pram and your baby is a fun way to bond with your child and take care of your body at the same time. This is the second Pram Pilates class event I attended and even though this time I have a lower back injury and wasn’t able to participate I observed and noted down the exercises so that I could do it once I’m better. Amina loves being in her pram ( lucky me) and for us this will be a perfect way to exercise on the days I can’t get to the gym.

After class we had a pleasure of meeting Joolz creator Emile Kuenen who told his story and shared passion for the brand. Joolz doesn’t just make the most stylish prams on the market ( the reason why I got my Joolz hehe) but is also a company that believes in sustainability and constant improvement.

Nutritionist Zoe Bingley-Pullin, GP Dr. Preeya Alexander and Kirsten King offered advice in their respectful areas of expertise at the discussion panel. As a new mum or a mum to be ( and even a veteran mum) it is extremely important to be educated on important topics such as PND, nutrition for yourself and the baby, and pre and post natal exercise.  Joolz is not just a pram company but a community that empowers women.
